Every season is different on and around the Obersteinerhof. Every season has its fascination. Collecting the first wild herbs in spring: dandelion, stinging nettle, watercress. Never do the gentians and buttercups bloom as beautiful as in the early summer, before the fields are mown to provide feed for the animals in winter. In summer, when our cows graze on the meadows around the farm, managed huts offer local specialties and if the weather allows it, also the highest mountains can be climbed. Harvest the gifts of our garden in autumn, when the trees grow yellow and lose their needles. The cranberry fields shine bright, like red, soft carpets. And lastly the winter, when the animals rest in the woods and the trees dress white. When everything is covered in the same colour.
